We all need help sometimes, and it can be daunting to ask for it when we need it the most. It is never too late to start. You can heal from your trauma and live your best life.

Hi, I’m Mandy. I have always been passionate about helping people and healing trauma. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Degree and am a Registered Psychotherapist, Early Childhood Educator and EMDR Clinician.

I have worked in social services roles with families for over 15 years and have held positions as a preschool resource and special needs resource teacher. I have extensive training from the Neufeld Institute, focusing on an attachment-based developmental approach.

Working with children aged 7+, adolescents and adults, I take an integrative approach to treatment, focusing on the therapeutic relationship. As a therapist, I am active and engaged and am interested in helping clients to dig deeper and work towards lifelong change. I can help with many issues, but I have a special interest in working with children and adolescents and also doing trauma processing.

Types of Therapy:

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), CBT, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused.
